Does Ugi come with a DVD?
Ugi was made so that you can workout anywhere: in your living room, in the park, at the beach, gym or wherever you find the inspiration. We know it's important to provide excellent direction so that people can do the exercises properly and safely. We've created a step-by-step DVD, but we don't want people to have to stand in front of a screen to learn, so we've also produced a straightforward, visual workout guide that can be taken anywhere. We bet that after just a couple of weeks, you'll be able to Ugi without any guide at all.
