Returns

We believe in our products 100% and we are confident that you'll love our them. We back our Ugis with a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee and a one year limited replacement warranty should there be any defects in the materials or manufacturing. If you are not happy with your Ugi, send it back for an exchange or a refund.

The DVDs are not refundable, but defective ones will be replaced.

Exchanges

Call or email our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will issue store credit for all exchanges, which may be applied towards a future purchase(s).

Refunds

Call or email our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We do not refund shipping for returns.
